The Carver Center for Comparative Genomics involves an energetic, young and experienced group of faculty and investigators that are pushing the envelope of modern genomic biology with empirical and theoretical interests in functional genomics, comparative genomics, bioinformatics, population genetics, molecular, chromosome and genome evolution, speciation, co-evolution, conservation biology and related areas.
