The Bioinformatics Computer Facility provides the use of 10 powerful computers to faculty, graduate students, and researchers. The machines include 5 Apple PowerPCs with Dual G5 1.8 GHz processors and 5 Dell Precision 650's with Dual Intel Xeon 2.8 GHz processors for plenty of computing power. Two of the Dell Precision machines are dedicated to microarray analysis as well as the standard list of applications listed in below. The Computer Facility is located in Room 232BB.
