The Center provides several microarray services. We have printed oligo slides of (Drosophila melanogaster) and yeast
(Saccharomyces cerevisiae).
These oligo sets were purchased from Operon and printed on our
Omnigrid 100. We can hybridize
with our Genomic Solutions Hybstation
and scan slides with our Genepix 4200 Microarray Scanner.
GeneSpring software is available for data analysis.
